  8. If you are on a MONTHLY plan and wish to switch to ANNUAL on the SAME TIER you will be eligible for the discount
  9. If you are on a MONTHLY plan and wish to UPGRADE to a HIGHER TIER, ANNUAL PLAN, you will be eligible for the discount
  10. If you are on a SUSPENDED FREE and you wish to sign up to an ANNUAL PLAN you will be eligible for the discount
  11. NEW businesses signing up for an ANNUAL PLAN are eligible for the discount on checkout without entering the trial period
