Answer three questions and see what your reviews are earning or costing you, in rand. Built from Hellopeter platform data.
Rand figures are estimates, not audited losses or earnings. Every assumption is written into the sentence that uses it.
Most reputation advice is opinion. This is not. When you enter your business name, we look up what Hellopeter already knows about you: how often your listing appeared in Google search results, how many people opened your profile and read your reviews, what your rating is against your industry average, and how many of your reviews you have left unanswered.
Those are measured numbers, not estimates. The only estimate in your report is the last step, where we work out what that reputation is costing or earning you, and we show you exactly what we assumed.
Almost nobody buys anything significant in South Africa without looking the business up first. They search your name, and what they find in the first few results shapes the decision before they ever reach your website or answer your call.
That is where Hellopeter sits. Your Hellopeter profile appears in those searches carrying your star rating with it, whether you manage it or not. For a business with a strong rating, that is free advertising running every day. For a business with a poor one, it is the same advertising working in reverse.
The cost is invisible because the customer never contacts you. They read, they decide, they go elsewhere, and you never know they were there. Your report puts a number on that traffic.
Your exposure. How many times your listing appeared in Google last month, how many people clicked through, and what buying that much exposure would cost at current advertising rates for your industry.
What people found. How many opened your profile, what rating met them, and how many of your reviews have no reply. On Hellopeter, silence is visible: an unanswered complaint is read by every customer who comes after it.
What it is costing you. One conservative estimate of the customers you are winning or losing, and what that is worth at your own customer value.
Your listing appearances and clicks come from Google Search Console data for Hellopeter. Your profile views come from our own analytics. Your rating, review counts and reply rate come from the platform. Advertising rates come from independent keyword data for South Africa. The report tells you which month the data covers.
If the number is bad, it is fixable, and not by advertising. It is fixed by replying to reviews, resolving what you can, and asking satisfied customers to have their say. Most businesses only ever hear from the unhappy minority, because those are the people motivated enough to write unprompted. Asking changes the mix.
If the number is good, it is an asset you are probably under-using. Fresh reviews are what keep you visible, and your rating belongs anywhere a customer decides about you.
Answer your reviews, collect new ones, and put them where buyers decide.
