With our Hellopeter API, you can easily fetch all your data and build custom integration within your business.

Our API thereby offers more control and flexibility, enabling you to access your content available on your customer site as well as your features available on the Hellopeter Business Portal.

Here’s how you can pull all your reviews into one environment and respond to those reviews within the same environment.

What can I do with Hellopeter’s API?

  • Pull reviews from Hellopeter to your own CRM or support system.

  • Manage and respond to these reviews, also from your own existing CRM or support system

  • Build custom widgets to display reviews pulled from Hellopeter’s API

Requirements

  • Our API integration is available on all Hellopeter Business plans.

  • The Hellopeter API is based on simple REST principles, and the endpoints return data in JSON format. Therefore our API allows you to integrate Hellopeter in any existing system you might have easily!

Steps to get started

  1. Log into biz.hellopeter.com

  2. Click on ‘integrations’ on the left

4. Then on the API slide-out menu

5. Businesses who already have a key will see this view where they will have the
option to:

a. Display their existing API key OR
b. Generate a new API Key (you might do this if you suspect that your existing
key has somehow been compromised)

6. Businesses who do not yet have an API key will see this view where there is a
single button that will allow them to generate an API key
